TUNG blames KWONG who must have disclosed sensitive information. KWONG finds himself very innocent and proposes to resign his post in the PND. CHLOE watns to help KWONG wipe away his disgrace and goes to see the reporter. JOE admits that he had picked the confidential document accidentally and it was not KWONG who disclosed the information to him.
