The Way
The Way is the story of countless believers around the world who've traded Easter ham for Passover lamb and Sunday church for Saturday Sabbath - all in an effort to live like the Savior. They're holding every church tradition up against scripture and cutting away anything that doesn't conform. In the process, they encounter resistance from a religious system two millennia in the making, and for the first time, learn what it's like to be a "peculiar people."
The Way
When his son dies while hiking the famed Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route in the Pyrenees, Tom flies to France to claim the remains. Looking for insights into his estranged child’s life, he decides to complete the 500-mile mountain trek to Spain. Tom soon joins up with other travelers and realizes they’re all searching for something.
The Way
The Algerian War is seen through the eyes of a group of Algerian freedom-fighters who have been captured and incarcerated in French-run military prisons both in France and Algeria. In addition to attempts at escape, this prison drama also includes propaganda and brainwashing attempts by the French and scenes of torture. In what is possibly the most horrible torture of all, the inmates are forced to listen to broadcast speeches by General Charles de Gaulle -- speeches which illustrate the changing relations between the French and the Algerians.
The Way
Aleksey is an ordinary young man living in Russia during the 1990s. Like most of his contemporaries, he is looking for a way to survive. The easiest way is the way of crime. He joins a gang. Fortunately, his fate takes a sudden turn and he manages to find the right path. The film also addresses global terrorism, one of the most important and painful issues of today's world. The main characters of the film, together with their American colleagues, take part in a special operation to destroy a band of international terrorists and drug traffickers.

In 1958, Robert Gottlieb was forced to renounce his Romanian citizenship in order to migrate to Israel. 50 years later, his daughter Yaela (re)builds that route but her father’s story does not match the places she knew. Family mandates and ghosts of the past get materialized. Him from Lima and her from Buenos Aires, for the first time, find an undeniable gap that leads her towonder: who her father is
The Back
China. Mid 90's. HONG Tao, thirty years old, moved from the countryside to Beijing where he works in a fancy restaurant. He lives with a strange secret since the cultural revolution. Back then, his father was a famous Mao's portrait painter and he was obsessed by the leader's representation. He started tattooing Mao's portraits on human skins. HONG Tao, oppressed by this heavy inheritance, wants to hide it from the world. But a new wave of unscrupulous antique collectors will do anything to get their hands on them.
No way back to Parly 2
I made a number of super-8 films between 1987 and 1993. Some of them were fiction films. Others consist of documentary images of my friends, of the city where I lived, in the suburb of Paris, and of my holidays, avoiding almost totally to film my family. I edited these films to tell that part of my life, where I went from adolescence to adulthood.
